Guest signature on this registration form signifies that in the event of any other payment method being unacceptable or unobtainable, the individual Guest is responsible for all charges to the hotel room account. By charging items to the account of the hotel bedroom all Guests are signifying agreement to pay such amounts in full. Use of a credit card for pre-authorisation is bound by the terms and conditions of the credit card issuing company, and such card may be used to settle all amounts in full in the absence of any other payment method.
When booking a self-catering apartment or townhouse our accounts department will charge the cost of the 1st night of your reservation at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival the cost of the 1st night will be used as cancellation fee and if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, the full amount of the booking is payable
